Zucchini spread

  • 1 pcs Zucchini, peeled
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Preparation

  1. Coarsely grate the zucchini.
  2. In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil.
  3. Add the zucchini and the garlic.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat until the zucchini reaches a spreadable consistency.
  5. Add lemon juice and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spread over bread slices, sprinke over a salad or serve as a dip!
